Just read other comments and you will know. If you want to enjoy your vacation, don't add this hotel to your experience. JUST DON'T . Hope they will have the time to renovate this hotel, and importantly CLEAN. Staffs are wearing sleepers. Seats to the couch were the guests sits. Smoke at the lobby. Kept their shoes bags etc at the lobby area at the back of the table. My fingers will get tired if i type all the bad memories i had with this hotel , so ill just stop.

Worst hotel I’ve stayed at. Genuinely baffled this has pretty good reviews. We arrived late around 10PM. We checked in and the room was disgusting. The bed linen was visibly stained. There were marks that look like they’ve been on the walls for ages. Bathroom was unclean. Towels were dirty so we had to ask for new ones. We arrived late so couldn’t leave but instantly booked a new hotel for the next two nights. We spoke to the staff on reception about it and we were told to come in the morning at 10am to talk to the manager. We did this then were told the manager would be coming in later and then not at all. Explained we would be checking out and we want our money back. They told us to go through agoda so we did and they agreed to waive the fee but then refused to through agoda. Again I seriously don’t understand the good reviews on this. Please read the Google reviews and trip advisor reviews before booking

Staff does not care about guest all. You just paid and go to room, pls no complaint or request. If you love the location for shopping with budget saving by their promotion, that’s good option. If possible, save more money and explore a better hotel while once for a while for trip.
